External Deburring

This is a skilled process. Our specialists use various tools such as a knife, speed cutter, drill and etc. to remove a burr from a part. Many burrs hang off edges after the CNC process and require precision to remove without scratching the surface of the part. Different edge cuts (breaks) can be made depending on the part. We specialize in breaks, chamfers and radiuses of all sizes depending on the client's need.
